Philippines, second world?

The Philippines is a developing country in South-East Asia. In 2004, it was ranked as the 24th largest economy by the World Bank according to purchasing power parity. The Philippines is one of the newly industrializing countries in the world. It is now considered as a Second World country due to its fast growing economy. [1].
I just can’t believe it… second world na tayo??? hmmmm… what can you say about it?
