Reminders for the Students/Applicants

1. Come in business attire/practicum uniform during the two-day activity

2. Prepare resume for the companies you are interested in

3. The Guidance Center will require you to submit a copy of your resume. Deadline will be this week.

4. Bring filled-up Dole form upon registration for the Job fair 2009.

5. Agencies like SSS , Philhealth, NBI and DFA  will join the Job Fair and extend their services. DFA will conduct consultation in relation to passport processing.

 Requirements to prepare

    a. For SSS and PhilHealth - photocopy of birth certificate. Be sure that birth certificate has local Civil registry number. MArriage contract for those who are married.

    b. For NBI Clearance- Prepare P115 for clearance processing fee and 1 copy of 2X2 ID picture (white background).A processing fee of 165 for correction of information entries (mispelled name,date of birth, etc)

 1. create a file

Create a digital signature
